What is a postpartum doula?
A postpartum doula is someone who provides evidence-based care and support for mom and baby on things such as proper baby feeding, basic baby care, bonding, emotional healing, and more.

increased confidence as a parent
What a postpartum doula ISN'T:
Postpartum Doula Services:
- FREE initial consultation
- In-home visits after your baby is born catered to your needs (dishes, light cleaning, play with older kids, light laundry, etc.)
- General breastfeeding support
- Access to me via phone, email, and google duo.
Investment: $15-$20/hour (minimum 2 hour period)
