Being pregnant is hard work. After all, you are growing an entire human. With all of the physical changes that accompany pregnancy it's no wonder your muscles and bones ache and you stay fatigued. With this blessing of life comes pains you didn't know you could experience.

As your belly grows make sure to find time for yourself before baby arrives. The perfect way to do that is to set aside time each week to take a relaxing bath with herbal bath salt. This uplifting bath salt helps alleviate pains, fights bacteria to help if an infection is present (including yeast infections), and detoxifies the body. It's like a magical potion that eases some of your pregnant soreness and stiffness. It also helps alleviate tension and anxiety if you're feeling anxious about childbirth or just having a baby.
Each herb was picked specifically to ease your pain and promote a relaxing and revitalizing experience.

-Epsom salt increases magnesium levels, relaxes your mind and muscles, rids your body of toxins, decreases pain and swelling, and may help prevent preeclampsia when used in a bath.

-Baking soda mixed with the epsom salt and herbs creates a detoxifying mixture as well as making your skin soft.

-Jojoba oil moisturizes the skin and fights the growth of bacteria. Jojoba oil protects and cleanses the skin while aiding the body in healing wounds, such as hemorrhoids.

-Lavender has many health benefits, including acting as an antibacterial, helping heal wounds, improve sleep, and relax your mind and body.

So grab a book and lay back and soak it all in!
