One thing all breastfeeding mothers know is that it can lead to sore boobs.

From engorgement to mastitis, sore breasts is no fun. Especially when you have a little one nursing what seems like 24/7. This is a herbal combination to help relieve breast soreness and other breast issues from breastfeeding. It's like playing an extreme sport...with your boobs.

Why not show them some love with this handmade herbal compress made with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agents. They are well-known to be useful for breastfeeding issues. Not only will they relieve the soreness and help with any infection present (if any), it provides an uplifting aromatherapy you can enjoy.

Think of it as a reason to sit and enjoy some self-care because we both know you deserve it.

If there is any infection on the breast make sure to use a new cloth each time.

- Calendula, Comfrey, & Lavender are all useful for reducing swelling as they act as anti-inflammatory herbs.
- Yarrow acts to increase the lymph circulation and drainage as well as anti-inflammatory and antibacterial so it naturally aids in mastitis and sore nipples when used as a compress.
- Marshmallow root helps to cure and prevent infection.
- Mullein helps relieve the pain.
